Words and language are so much part of who we are we perhaps take them for granted.  For a while these words from my childhood in the North were part of me and this short film briefly restores them to me.

The soundtrack is based entirely on a reading of a poem from a cd compilation of Contemporary Scottish Poems.

This short film won first prize at the Coast short film festival in September 2014
