A day printing a range of found objects using the cyanotype process. The ‘traditional’ recipe was invented by Sir John Herschel in 1842. Once the paper has been coated with ammonium iron citrate, Potassium ferricyanide and distilled water and allowed to dry in the dark it can be exposed and developed using just the UV from the sun. Tried some using the paper wet too which was much less predictable but worth pursuing. See below.
